Gab Ruler's lyrics are pretty accurate when you begin to think about his most recent business trip to New York City. In the current track release being "What You Take Me For" with a lot of storyline behind it, on the hook he is mentioning the first $100,000 he made contributions to solely music and production, and also saying, "Can't make it to the door." From the missed airplane directly to New York, missing the actual basketball game later that night, and the rescheduling of the meeting right when he lands in New Jersey gives you an idea of what was being described years ago.
